Zybots may suspend, limit, or remove access

1. Prohibited activity

You must not use Zybots to harm people, evade controls, overload infrastructure, violate law, or process data without proper rights and lawful basis.

  • Spam, phishing, impersonation, fraud, scams, credential theft, or social engineering.
  • Malware, malicious links, exploit delivery, unauthorized scanning, or attempts to compromise systems.
  • Abusive scraping, denial-of-service activity, rate-limit evasion, hot partition abuse, or artificial traffic generation.
  • Illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, exploitative, or deceptive content.
  • Special-category, medical, child, biometric, or highly sensitive data without a lawful basis and safeguards.
  • Automated high-risk decisions in credit, employment, healthcare, insurance, legal, emergency, or similar contexts without required compliance and human oversight.

2. Customer responsibilities

Customers must configure assistants, prompts, knowledge sources, forms, integrations, and workflows lawfully. They must monitor usage, provide required disclosures, and handle end-user requests appropriately.

3. Enforcement

Zybots may throttle, suspend, disable, remove, or terminate access where usage creates legal, security, operational, reputation, infrastructure, or third-party risk.

This policy works together with the Terms and may be enforced to protect users, customers, providers, and infrastructure.
