1. Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription through the available billing controls or by contacting support. Cancellation should be completed before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Access may continue until the end of the paid billing period unless the product, checkout, or contract states otherwise.

2. Refund requests

Subscription fees for active or already-started periods are generally non-refundable, except for mandatory legal rights, duplicate payments, billing errors, or exceptional cases approved by Zybots.

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the account email, workspace, invoice number, payment date, and reason. Refund requests may require 5-10 business days for review before a decision is communicated, and processing also depends on the payment processor timeline.

3. Failed payments, upgrades, downgrades, and invoices

Failed payments may be retried and may lead to reminders, temporary restrictions, suspension, or cancellation. Upgrades and downgrades may take effect immediately or at renewal depending on checkout and plan rules.

Invoices are issued according to billing details provided in the account. VAT or taxes are handled according to applicable rules and the billing profile.

Important note

Enterprise contracts, signed order forms, and mandatory consumer rights may override or supplement this public policy.
