1. Points of contact

The single point of contact for competent authorities is [email protected]. The point of contact for users, customers, and abuse reports is [email protected].

Accepted language for DSA communications: Romanian and English.

General support questions should continue to use [email protected].

2. How to report illegal content or abuse

Reports should include enough information for Zybots to identify and assess the issue. Incomplete reports may require follow-up before action can be taken.

  • Your name and contact details, unless anonymous reporting is legally required.
  • The exact URL, widget, workspace, conversation, message, or account involved.
  • A clear explanation of why the content or activity is illegal or abusive.
  • Evidence such as screenshots, timestamps, message IDs, or headers where available.
  • The legal basis or jurisdiction if you are submitting a formal legal notice.

3. Handling, suspension, removal, and appeals

Zybots may review reports, request more information, restrict access, suspend accounts, remove content, preserve evidence, notify customers, or escalate to authorities where appropriate.

If your account or content is affected and you believe action was taken in error, contact [email protected] with the relevant case details and explanation.

4. Content moderation rules

The Terms and Acceptable Use Policy prohibit spam, phishing, malware, abusive scraping, unlawful content, unauthorized sensitive data processing, and other misuse. Those rules guide moderation and enforcement decisions.
