The information on the Zybots website, blog, documentation, product pages, pricing pages, and marketing materials is provided for general informational and commercial presentation purposes. 2. AI output disclaimer

Zybots uses AI systems, retrieval, prompts, knowledge sources, customer configuration, third-party model providers, and integrations to generate responses and perform actions.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, inappropriate, or unsuitable for certain contexts. Zybots does not guarantee that AI outputs will be error-free, legally compliant for your specific use case, commercially successful, or suitable for high-risk decisions.

  • Customers are responsible for configuring their bots correctly.
  • Customers must test assistants before deployment.
  • Customers should review AI outputs where appropriate.
  • Customers must add accurate knowledge sources and correct weak or incorrect answers.
  • Customers must define safe fallback and human handoff flows.
  • Customers must comply with applicable law and industry rules.

3. No professional advice

Zybots does not provide medical, legal, financial, tax, accounting, emergency, safety, or other regulated professional advice.

AI assistants created with Zybots should not be used as a substitute for qualified human professionals. Customers must not configure or deploy Zybots in a way that presents AI-generated content as professional advice unless they have appropriate authorization, human review, legal basis, and required safeguards.

4. High-risk use cases

Zybots is not intended for high-risk automated decision-making. If your use case involves regulated, sensitive, or high-risk processing, you must obtain independent legal and technical review before using Zybots in production.

  • Healthcare treatment or diagnosis.
  • Emergency response.
  • Legal rights.
  • Financial eligibility.
  • Credit, insurance, or housing.
  • Employment, hiring, or termination.
  • Education access.
  • Law enforcement.
  • Biometric identification.
  • Safety-critical operations.

5. Customer content and knowledge sources

Zybots assistants answer based on content, instructions, documents, URLs, Q&A pairs, corrections, integrations, and settings provided or approved by customers.

Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, completeness, and appropriateness of their own content and configuration. Zybots does not independently verify every customer-provided source, uploaded document, API response, or instruction.

6. End-user disclosure

Customers deploying Zybots widgets or assistants are responsible for informing end users when they are interacting with an AI assistant, where required by applicable law.

Customers must not hide, remove, or modify AI transparency notices in a way that may mislead users into believing they are interacting with a human.

7. Integrations and third-party services

Zybots may integrate with third-party services, including AI model providers, payment processors, calendar tools, ecommerce platforms, messaging channels, support tools, analytics providers, hosting providers, and custom APIs.

Third-party services are not controlled by Zybots. They may change, suspend, fail, restrict, or discontinue their features, APIs, terms, pricing, or availability.

Zybots is not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, API failures, integration errors, or third-party service limitations, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing.

8. Marketing claims, examples, and demos

Product examples, screenshots, demo conversations, use cases, industry pages, and sample workflows are illustrative. They are intended to show possible ways to use Zybots, not to guarantee identical results for every customer.

Actual results depend on website traffic, quality of training content, bot configuration, industry, customer behavior, offer quality, pricing, integrations, team follow-up, market conditions, and legal or technical constraints.

9. Performance, leads, conversions, and ROI

Any references to improved support, better sales conversations, lead capture, conversion improvement, reduced workload, faster response time, automation, or return on investment are general product claims or illustrative examples.

Zybots does not guarantee specific revenue, profit, lead volume, conversion rate, cost reduction, ranking improvement, support deflection percentage, or business outcome.

10. Reviews, testimonials, and case studies

Reviews, testimonials, ratings, success stories, and case studies reflect individual customer experiences. They do not guarantee that other customers will achieve the same or similar results.

Where metrics are shown, they may depend on customer-provided data, platform analytics, campaign context, or a specific implementation period.

11. No affiliation with third-party brands

Zybots may mention third-party brands, platforms, tools, or services for compatibility, integration, comparison, or descriptive purposes. Unless expressly stated, Zybots is not owned, operated, endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with those third-party companies.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. This may include, without limitation, brands such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, Alphabet, OpenAI, Gemini, Stripe, Shopify, WooCommerce, Calendly, Cal.com, Slack, Zendesk, and others.

12. Documentation and technical content

Documentation, API examples, implementation guides, and technical articles are provided to help users understand and configure Zybots.

They may not cover every environment, browser, framework, hosting provider, integration, security policy, or edge case. Customers are responsible for testing implementations before production deployment.

13. Availability and service limitations

Zybots aims to provide a reliable service, but no online platform can guarantee uninterrupted operation.

The service may be unavailable, delayed, degraded, or limited due to maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party provider problems, security incidents, abuse prevention, legal requirements, or events outside our control.

Specific service-level commitments apply only if agreed in a separate written agreement.

14. Relationship with other legal documents

This Disclaimer does not replace our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, DPA, AI Transparency Notice, Acceptable Use Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, or any signed agreement.

If there is a conflict between this Disclaimer and a signed enterprise agreement, the signed enterprise agreement controls for that customer.
