Zybots provides AI assistants that can answer questions, collect lead information, summarize context, route workflows, and interact with users through widgets or connected channels.

Visitors should be informed that they are interacting with an AI assistant. Customers deploying widgets are responsible for proper disclosure on their own websites and channels.

Do not use Zybots to create chatbots that pretend to be real persons, public officials, medical staff, lawyers, or official representatives without authorization.

3. Lawful configuration

Customers must configure knowledge sources lawfully and should only upload or connect content they are allowed to use. They are responsible for privacy notices, consent, data quality, and domain-specific compliance.
